Our Code of Conduct aims to ensure that we comply with Philippine and international laws and regulations and respect universal human rights. We respect the personalities and individuality of all people and we do not discriminate against them. We do not hire minors, indentured labor and we pay the legally-mandated minimum wage.

Nitto is committed to a policy of maintaining safe and accident-free workplaces at our facilities. We conduct health and safety checks and initiatives to reduce “near-miss” occurrences and other potential workplace risks. We undertake training and activities to prevent fires and vehicular accidents. We also undertake highly qualified training in basic life support, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and first aid, to improve health and safety standards.
